The Voice of African Youth for Good Governance (VOAYGG) has chastised the Ghana Education Service (GES) decision not to allow some Senior High School (SHS) not to write the exams.
In a release by the group, they condemned the act of the students. However, they think their decision by GES is an aberration of the law. According to VOAYGG, the various schools have their code of conduct and the means by which a student is sanctioned after going contrary to the code.
Moreover, the cited the presumption of innocence which is fundamentally stipulated by the highest law of the land, the Constitution.
